If an organization decides to train internally, we prepare trainers in our train-the-trainer programmes. These customized programmes are designed according to the needs of the organization. Programme topics may include:
The master trainer demonstrates how to deliver a programme.
The master trainer and the potential trainer practice delivering a programme together.
The potential trainer practices delivering the programme individually.
The potential trainer delivers to students.
The train-the-trainer programmes include both synchronous and asynchronous learning. The master trainer directs potential trainers to supplementary resources and references the extensive library on our Global Business Compass™. Our goal is to train competent instructors to train others on the materials and to recommend delivery best practices.

Since this client has teams in Asia, Europe, and the US, we conducted sessions to improve working across multiple countries. We also facilitated a country-specific session, Working with Asia for the European and US teams. This training provided an overview of working with China, Japan, and India. During the sessions, the participants were eager to learn and interact with questions and contributions to the discussions. The program includes four 90-minute webinars which utilize the online eLearning resources: ICBI™ (Individual Culture Blueprint Indicator) and the Global Business Compass™

Our client is in the insurance sector headquartered in New Jersey, US. They are a global organization with offices in Asia, Europe, Mexico, and the Middle East. Before returning to the office in a hybrid mode, this client wanted to prepare both their leaders and team members in the US and global locations. We planned to conduct several sessions that were focused on the leaders “Leading Hybrid Teams” and “Working in Hybrid Teams” for the team members. During these sessions, we provided best practices to improve hybrid communications, meetings, and proximity bias. We conducted three sessions for leaders and three sessions for team members. We started with Asia since they were planning to move back into the office before the US.
