Vidya has 18 years of experience in multi-national companies like Microsoft and Citrix, working with cross cultural teams. She began her Culture awareness training and coaching while working with Microsoft in Bangalore. India.

Vidya managed a team of expats and Indians delivering culture and communication training for highly skilled technical engineers. This role quickly helped her realize that understanding cultural differences and adapting effectively to them was the way to be successful in a multi-cultural environment.

Vidya also has strong understanding of cultural dimensions and tools that help promote self-awareness and bridge gaps between different cultures.
