Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cultural awareness training sessions for multinational clients
• Be heavily involved in the sales process including writing proposals
• Meet pre-agreed sales targets
• Contribute to customised training materials and e-learning programs
• Collaborate with clients to identify cultural challenges and provide actionable strategies
• Stay updated on global business trends and cultural dynamics
• Contribute to thought leadership content and live webinars

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in cultural training or a related field

• An understanding of the operational impact of cultural differences on international business
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment
• Preferably based in the USA or Europe
